Ordering
1. How do I place an order?
It’s simple! Find the part or accessory you need on its product page, click the big “Add To Cart” button, and then follow the straightforward steps on the screen to complete your purchase. We’ll get your order ready and send you a notification once it ships!
2. What payment methods can I use?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Discover. We also offer the convenience of paying securely through PayPal.
3. When does my card get charged?
Your card will be charged shortly after you’ve successfully submitted your order on our website.
Shipping & Tracking
4. When will my order ship and arrive?
We typically process and package orders within 5 to 6 business days. After it ships, standard delivery usually takes another 5 to 6 business days. So, you can generally expect your order to arrive within about 10-12 business days total. Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email!
5. My tracking number isn’t showing any updates. What should I do?
Don’t worry, tracking numbers often need 1-2 business days to become active in the shipping carrier’s system after your order ships. If a few days have passed and it’s still not showing updates, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll help investigate.
6. My order seems late. Who should I contact?
As mentioned, orders usually arrive within 10-12 business days (5-6 for processing + 5-6 for delivery). If it has been more than 12 business days since you placed your order and it hasn’t arrived, please contact our support team. Provide your order number, and we’ll gladly look into it for you!
